Prices
Goods are invoiced in pounds sterling at the prevailing prices at date of delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend our prices at any time.

VAT
All prices are shown with product details and do onot include VAT. In the shopping basket products will be shown without VAT and it will be added at the end before payment is made. Payments to European countries may not be charged VAT.

Delivery
Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the Uk, unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure that a carrier is able to deliver in normal working hours to the despatch address.
All goods dispatched by post or carrier will be subject to carriage charges which will be added to the invoice.

International Buyers
Customers outside of Europe must contact us direct for carriage charges.

Returns
Returns must be accompanied by full documentation (ie. invoice and date of supply etc.)
Returns will only be accepted if goods are of faulty manufacture or have been supplied incorrectly
Goods supplied supplied correctly will only be accepted for return subject to a handling charge (postage non-refundable)
